About the Owners

Dr. Laxmi Reddy

Dr. Laxmi Reddy is a talented and compassionate dental professional, deeply committed to helping others and building a practice that stands for excellence, integrity, and lasting impact. A proud child of immigrants, Dr. Reddy brings a strong sense of purpose and gratitude to her work, always striving to uplift her community and help patients feel confident in their smiles.

She graduated with the highest honors from the University of Hartford in just three years through an accelerated undergraduate program, and went on to earn her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from New York University Dental School—where she became one of the youngest graduates in the school's history. Dr. Reddy completed her residency at Staten Island University Hospital, gaining advanced clinical experience and honing her patient-centered approach.Her specialties include Invisalign and Botox therapy for TMJ, where she combines precision and care to deliver outstanding results.

Dr. Reddy lives in Potomac, Maryland, with her husband and their three-year-old daughter. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Vaibhav Rai

Dr. Vaibhav Rai is a highly skilled and compassionate clinician who brings technical excellence and deep empathy to every patient interaction. He immigrated from India at the age of 13 and grew up in Philadelphia. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh, graduating with the highest honors, and went on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Howard University.

After dental school, Dr. Rai completed advanced clinical training at a Transplant Institute and continued his education with a residency at the VA Hospital in Washington, D.C. He excels in implant dentistry and endodontics, and has a strong passion for helping people find relief from pain through precise and effective treatment. Dr. Rai is also committed to developing the next generation of dental professionals. He actively mentors young dentists, helping them become strong, confident clinicians and supporting them in building practices grounded in quality and integrity.

He lives in Potomac, Maryland, with his wife, their three children, and his mother. In his free time, he enjoys being with his kids and making the most of every moment with his family.
